The Sai-neriage (kneading) sake cup is created using the neriage (kneading) technique, in which more than 20 colors of colored clay are layered on top of each other, to create a delicate and exquisite design. The sake cups are hardened at a high temperature and polished at the end, giving them a unique texture.
